Briana Bennett- School Counselor

Hey there! I’m Ms. Bennett, one of the school counselors here at Old Pointe Elementary. I’m originally from the small town of Summerton, SC. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Health Science with a minor in Biology from Morris College and completed my M.Ed. in School Counseling from the University of the Southwest in 2022. As a counselor, I work to build strong connections with students and support their overall well-being. I’m passionate about creating a "paw-sitive" school experience where every Panther feels heard, encouraged, and ready to succeed. I bring experience, empathy, and a lot of positive energy to everything I do. Whether it's talking about big feelings, navigating friendships, or setting goals, I’m always just a visit (or beanbag chair flop) away!
