Gifted & Talented

Welcome to a new and exciting school year at Old Pointe Elementary!

We are thrilled to be working with your child in the Gifted and Talented (GT) program this year. It is a true privilege to support and challenge our bright, curious, and creative learners as they explore new ideas, deepen their thinking, and grow both academically and personally.

In the GT program, students will engage in enriching activities that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and collaboration. Our goal is not only to extend learning beyond the standard curriculum, but also to nurture each child’s unique strengths, interests, and passions.

We strongly believe that communication and partnership with families are key to a successful and meaningful learning experience. We will be sharing regular updates about what we’re working on in class, and I welcome any questions or insights you have about your child’s learning.
